What happens to it
Every submission lands as a claim by you, not as a fact about a record. One of us reads it and decides. Until then nothing changes on the site, and if we decide against it nothing changes either — the corpus is the only place a fact is entered here, and a form does not write to it.

An accepted ID is credited under the track, to the handle you choose. Choose one on your account; without one you are credited as a listener.
